Delivery Times
The delivery time after your order is confirmed depends on item availability and your city of residence:

Standard Delivery: We endeavor to ensure delivery of your package within 2 to 5 business days following order confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Outside Rabat-Sale: For customers located outside of Rabat-Sale, the delivery time can extend up to 3 business days depending on the area.

Express Delivery (Rabat-Sale only): You can benefit from express delivery within 24 hours, subject to stock availability.
Service Commitment: Zelia makes every effort to respect these deadlines. In cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, deadlines may be extended but will in no case exceed twelve (12) days, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. If we cannot meet the scheduled date, we will contact you to offer a new date or a full refund for your purchase.
