Exchange Procedure

  1. Initial Contact: Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  2. Documentation: Explain the issue and provide clear photos of the defective product.

  3. Review: We will evaluate your request and, upon approval, proceed with the exchange process.

  4. Service Fee: A flat exchange fee of 35 MAD applies for all locations across Morocco.


Our Commitment to Accuracy

In the event of an error on our part regarding your order, we offer the choice of a full refund or a replacement shipment, according to your preference.

Refund Conditions:

  • Report the error within 2 days of delivery.

  • Return the incorrect item in its original packaging.

  • Once we receive and verify the return, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed.
